Shweta has always felt very passionately about using her unique brand of storytelling and art to spotlight on the evolving Indian woman’s journey. Through her acute design acumen and her evolved sense of aesthetic, Shweta bravely asks the big questions: will our culture and society stop employing gender-based stereotypes which restrict the progress and growth of women from both India and Bharat? She keenly follows the journey of Indian women breaking barriers both in urban as well as small-town India. And uses this conflict of sorts as a landscape in most of her paintings.
