Do you accept returns?
No. All Vynes are made to order. We only offer replacements for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Why made to order?
Because art deserves intention. We create each Cut only when you order it, keeping production thoughtful, sustainable, and personal.

When will my order arrive?

  • Processing: 2–3 business days
  • Delivery (India): 3–5 business days after shipping

How do I care for my Vyne?
Your Vyne is made to last but like any story worth carrying, it needs care.

  • Canvas body
    • Spot clean non-printed areas with a damp cloth and mild soap.
    • On printed artwork, wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth — avoid scrubbing or using soap directly on the design.
    • Do not machine wash, soak, or bleach.
    • Air dry in shade; avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
    • For black canvas, use a lint roller to keep the surface clean and fresh 
  • Coconut-based leather trims & handles
    • Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth.
    • Avoid soaking in water; never machine wash.
    • Keep away from oils, perfumes, or alcohol-based cleaners.
    • If the surface feels dry, apply a very thin layer of natural coconut oil with a soft cloth, testing first on a hidden spot (oil may slightly darken the material).
    • Pat off any excess and let it absorb naturally.
    • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or humidity.

How do we keep the artist's story intact on fabric?

  • We choose Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing because it lets the art speak in its truest form. Unlike bulk methods that flatten detail into blocks of ink, DTG works almost like a fine brush on fabric, embedding the image directly into the weave.

That means:

  • Every nuance is preserved, from delicate gradients to bold strokes, so the piece feels as alive as the original.
  • Colors stay rich and layered, capturing the vibrancy of the artist’s palette without compromise.
  • The fabric remains breathable, the design doesn’t sit stiffly on top; it moves as naturally as the garment itself.
  • Longevity is built in, washes don’t strip away the story; the art stays with you, wear after wear.

For us, DTG is not a technical choice. It’s a way of protecting what matters most: the artist’s voice, carried intact into the world.

Can I customize my Vyne?
No, every Vyne is created from curated artist work within our Vynes (themes). We don’t offer custom designs, but new Cuts and collaborations are always on the horizon.
